Cancellation Policies

Grooming Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of half of the appointment. 

No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a "no-show" fee of half the appointment will be charged.  

Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.  

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.  

Boarding Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your booking to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less then 48 hours before your dogs stay will result in additional charges of half your original booking. This must be paid before your dog will be able to board with us again. There are no charges to adjust dates as needed, but extra notice is always preferred as we fill up fast!
